Happy Shoe Year!

In Chinese tradition, it’s lucky to buy new shoes for the new year and we’d all like a bit of luck, wouldn’t we?!

The start of a new year inspires us to think about what we want from life and in particular what we can do make this year better than the last. Many of us strive to become fitter, richer and thinner, but good intentions like this often require consistent hard work and this is the real challenge.  If you are thinking along the ‘New Year, New Me’ lines, small changes can often be the easiest to stick to and keeping your resolutions achievable is half the battle. A little treat here and there is good for you too, whether it’s a few drinks with friends, a new hairstyle or a new pair of shoes to lift your spirits – whatever makes you feel happy and confident is surely the way forward.

Here’s hoping we all have a brilliant 2012, filled with fun, laughter and gorgeous new shoes! x
